Bring your own Cushion Cover!
We understand that you might not be able to find the exact Cushion Cover you are after so we are happy for you to bring you own.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an invoice via email. Please print this off and include it with your Cushion Cover when you drop or post them in.

In order for us to successfully print on to stock you provide, you MUST comply with the below:
- BYO garments are NOT to be worn, they must be NEW, with all tags and bags removed.
- Please ensure you measure all garments prior to submitting your order, and ensuring that your artwork is submitted at the correct size.
- Please ensure you add a note with instructions on what design/name goes on which garment, colour and size if you are providing multiple designs.
- Your production time begins from when we receive your stock, not when you place your order.
- BYO orders are subject to the same production times as all other orders. Please choose your production time carefully should you require your order quickly.
If we receive stock we believe to have been worn we will not be able to proceed with printing for you. Failure to comply with supplying correct print sizes and directions will result in additional charges and delays on your order.

If a print error occurs then The Tshirt Mill will not refund the client for the garment or the print

BYO Garment Disclaimer
Please note: All garments supplied for printing must be brand new, unworn, and freshly washed (if removed from packaging).
We’re unable to print on used or previously worn garments — particularly activewear or polyester items — as body oils and odours can be retained in the fabric. When heat is applied, these odours can become very strong and affect our work environment.
If a garment appears to have been worn, we may need to return it without printing. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain high-quality and hygienic production standards!

Shipping
Reminder: All our orders are custom printed just for you right here in Brisbane! To estimate when your order will arrive, simply add your selected production time to your chosen shipping option at checkout.
Please note:
1. We partner with multiple freight carriers to deliver your orders.
2. You can use the Australia Post calculator as a general guide only. Delivery times may vary.
3. Selecting Express Shipping does not speed up production unless you also choose a rush turnaround option.
4. Shipping delays are outside our control. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for orders delayed in transit.

In order to use a design you must have the full rights to use the design. If you are unsure or have doubt over ownership, please confirm you ownership or ask permissions form the owner.
When you save a design you are agreeing :
- I hold commercial rights to reproduce the design.
- If for any reason the legal owner of this design contacts fulfillment house they will be directed to me.
- I understand that illegal use of third-party copyright content is a serious offence and can lead to penalties.

We realise that ordering shirts might be new to you, so to ensure you are as happy as can be with your order we have curated the below tips. Please take a moment to read them.
Production Time
Our Standard Production time of up to 10 business days is a guide only. There are many factors that can affect the speed of an order, and as such we do not guarantee our standard production time. If you need your order by a certain date, please consider selecting a RUSH order production time.
Artwork
The best print jobs start with the best artwork/images. So upload high quality artwork or photos that aren’t blurry when you zoom in on them. We love PNG files; but you can upload JPG and GIFs too.
Print Positions
We understand that designing a shirt is new to you, so don't stress if you are not sure on where to position the design. Our team will position your design in a standard print position unless otherwise requested in the notes section, if you require your design to be in a specific print position please let us know the exact measurements in your order notes. EG: Please print 2 cm from the neckline.
Colours Colours Colours
We know we don't have to tell you this but what you see on your screen is not what you are going to get in real life. Our computers make everything look vibrant and bright and these colours are not feasible when printing in CMYK. If colours are vital to your design, please start with one sample. Some colours are considered weak colours in the digital printing world such as light blues and greens, so again if colour accuracy is vital start off with a sample.
What is not possible with DTF printing?
Any designs that are less than 1mm in thickness may not transfer to your garment, so please consider adding stroke if you have a thin design. The DTF print process is not suitable to semi-transparent designs or design elements with low opacity. We recommend solid colours where possible.
